How do I make a return?
Return fee of 4.99 EUR will be applied for returned order. In addition Cargo fee is not going to deduct from your invoice. As LC Waikiki we can not send any Cargo Label or QR code for returns.
Initiate returns by logging into your LCWaikiki account, finding relevant order, selecting items, and stating the reason.
Once you have completed the above steps, you must send the package to the following address.
